Installation Steps
- Download: For Android, download the APK file from our site; for iOS, open Safari and bookmark our web app; for web, visit rusun.app directly.
- Install: On Android, enable "Unknown sources" in Settings, then install the APK; on iOS, tap Share and add to home screen; on web, simply load the page.
- Register: Create a new account with email, username, password, and mobile number, or log in if you already have an account.
- Start: Deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer, then access sportsbook, live tables, or slot games.
Native App versus Browser
The Android APK offers faster app launch, local data caching for offline reference, and push notifications sent directly to your home screen. Browser access (iOS Safari or web) requires no installation, updates automatically with each page load, and works on any device with a web browser. Choose the Android app if you value speed and notifications; choose the browser if you prefer avoiding manual updates or managing device storage. Device Compatibility
We support Android 7 and above for the native APK and all modern iOS versions (iOS 12 and later) for browser access. The web app runs on any device with a modern browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Minimum screen size is 320 pixels wide (small phones). Tablets and larger screens render the interface with additional spacing. If you encounter outdated browser warnings, update your device's OS or browser to the latest version. Older Android versions (below 7) cannot install the APK and must use mobile browser access instead.
Common Installation Issues
On Android, if installation fails, confirm that "Unknown sources" is enabled in your Settings under Security or Apps. If the APK file does not download, check your internet connection and ensure sufficient storage space (minimum 50 MB free). iOS users who cannot access the web app may have restrictions enabled: go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and confirm web browsing is allowed. If the app adds to home screen but will not load, clear Safari cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data) and try again. For browser users across devices, disable ad-blocking extensions temporarily, as they may interfere with payment authentication. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan report consistent performance on standard home broadband; if you experience slowness, restart your device and check your connection speed.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The rusun app requests permissions to access your device's camera (for identity verification during KYC), microphone (not used currently), location (optional, for fraud detection), and notification service (for match alerts and payment confirmations). You can grant or deny these permissions individually in your device settings. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your account is protected by two-factor authentication: enable it in your account settings to require an additional code when logging in from a new device. We never store your password in plain text. After login, your session token expires if unused for subject to verification; log in again to continue. If you lose access to your account, use the password-reset function via your registered email. For withdrawal requests, we verify your identity before processing funds to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank accounts—this typically takes one to three business days depending on your payment provider.
